主要裝備：全自動(dòng)隧道式盤卷酸洗線1條；全自動(dòng)氣氛保護(hù)退火爐2臺(tái)，全自動(dòng)氣氛保護(hù)退火爐（STC爐）6臺(tái)；各種規(guī)格拉絲機(jī)20臺(tái)，尺寸公差可以精確到0.03-0.05mm。

生產(chǎn)能力：酸洗20萬噸/年，熱處理12萬噸/年，拉絲15萬噸/年。

品種覆蓋：碳素鋼、冷鐓鋼、軸承鋼、彈簧鋼等。

Henan Jigang Steel Products Co., Ltd., founded in November 2017, is a core enterprise of Jigang Deep Processing Industrial Park, and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Henan Jiyuan Iron & Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. With a construction area of 50,000m² and a total investment of nearly CNY 300 million, the company has a world-class full-process production line from pickling, heat treatment, wire drawing to finished product packaging. The company stands as a large-scale restructured manufacturer of high-quality special steel (wire rod) and produces the most comprehensive specifications of products in China. Recognized as a National High-tech Enterprise, a provincial specialized and sophisticated SME that can produce novel and unique products, a Provincial Enterprise Technology Center and other certifications, the company has passed the IATF16949 quality system certification.

Main equipment: 1 full-automatic tunnel coil pickling line; 2 full-automatic atmosphere-protected continuous roller-hearth annealing furnaces, 6 atmosphere-protected periodic roller-hearth annealing furnaces (STC furnaces); 20 wire drawing machines of different specifications. The company boasts currently the fine wire production workshop with the widest fine wire specifications in China, with a dimensional tolerance accurate to 0.03-0.05mm.

Production capacity: 200,000 tons/year for pickling, 120,000 tons/year for heat treatment and 150,000 tons/year for wire drawing.
